All apartments at Rogowo Pearl are sold as full ownership properties. Each apartment has its own land and mortgage register and includes a share in the land on which the building is located.
Apartments at Rogowo Pearl are delivered fully finished, excluding furniture. They are ready for you to move in and include completed bathrooms with sanitary fittings, finished walls and floors, electrical fittings and lighting. Balconies are finished with composite decking.
Rogowo Pearl already offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness area and a spacious children’s playroom with separate areas for younger and older children. An indoor swimming pool with a sauna area and an outdoor playground are also planned.
These amenities form a private recreational area reserved for apartment owners. They are not open to the general public, helping to preserve the comfort, privacy and peaceful atmosphere of Rogowo Pearl.
Monthly running costs depend on the size of the apartment and currently range from PLN 15 to PLN 22 per m².
This includes costs related to the ongoing operation of the building and apartment, as well as the maintenance of common areas and recreational facilities.
The choice is entirely yours. You can keep your apartment exclusively for private use or choose to rent it out. There is no obligation to participate in a rental programme
Owners are free to choose how their apartment is rented out. Rogowo Pearl does not require you to use a specific rental model or operator. For owners who prefer professional support, a rental operator has been working on site in cooperation with us since 2018.
Key boxes accessible from the public side of the buildings have also been provided, making it easy to manage rentals independently or work with an external rental management company.

Yes. The prices shown in our materials include a parking space in the underground garage as well as the fully finished apartment. Parking spaces are not assigned in advance, allowing you to choose their location according to your preferences.
The apartments are covered by the statutory warranty for defects in accordance with applicable law. After handover, owners can report any defects through our after-sales service. All reports are handled in accordance with the applicable statutory procedures and timeframes.
