Burco is a family-owned property developer with Belgian roots. For more than 40 years, we have been creating residential, office and leisure projects in Belgium, and since 2005 we have also been developing properties in Poland.

We have been part of Rogowo for many years. Over time, we have come to know the place, its history and the landscape that gives it its distinctive character.
Rogowo Pearl grew naturally from that experience.
Developed in stages between the Baltic Sea and Lake Resko Przymorskie, close to protected Natura 2000 areas, the project has been designed with respect for its surroundings. <\/p>

We know that time matters. That is why our MOVE IN service allows owners to leave the time-consuming process of finishing and furnishing their apartment in our hands.
Depending on the chosen option, the apartment can be prepared for you right down to the details \u2014 ready to enjoy from the moment you receive the keys.

But our role does not end there. Our team is based directly at Rogowo Pearl, and owners can count on ongoing support from a dedicated contact person. Our Belgian roots influence the way we think about architecture and space. We believe good architecture should not dominate its surroundings. It should respond to them \u2014 through timeless design, functionality and careful attention to proportion and detail. <\/p>

We have brought this approach to the Polish coast, creating places that feel calm, considered and naturally connected to their surroundings. For us, quality is not defined by square metres or labels.
